Background
I moved to Gibraltar in 2016 and became self-employed in March 2018. I am in the process of building my own consulting & accounting practice here. My idea is to bring fresh perspective of accounting function & field by offering extensive process and system improvements as well as cloud & real time accounting services. I started my carrier as an accountant in 2004 in my home country- Poland. Since then I have worked and lived in Ireland & the UK where I have gathered extensive experience in Statutory, Financial & Management Accounting as well as Tax. I worked for different multinationals such as: GlaxoSmithKline, Stanley Black & Decker, Newell Rubbermaid & Red Hat in industries such as: pharmaceutical, tooling, household, IT, telecommunication, construction or wealth management.
From May 2014 to September 2016 as a Managing Director I ran a limited company MBSERV registered in the UK that provided consulting & accounting services. I was fully responsible for keeping all records updated, submitting VAT returns, making all payments & overviewing corporation tax computation & local, statutory fillings to the Companies House and HMRC.

During my career I have been responsible for re-engineering financial processes and introducing decision trees to enhance business functionality; and driving innovative training programmes to support vital business changes. My accomplishments to date have included: driving significant service level improvements by means of internal processes & procedures’ reviews, resolving critical tax issues & migrating old legacy systems into new platforms.
By nature I am confident, innovative and highly motivated, and my strengths lie not only in taking full financial management responsibility for large and smaller European OpCo's, but also in driving effective system ERP solutions to meet exacting service levels and operational KPI's.
